A Tyba Psychology Graduate and a full-time Yoga Teacher who has integrated some principles of Physiotherapy in his yoga practice and is a Posture, Prop and Alignment Specialist, Injury Prevention Specialist and Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series Teacher. In addition to that, I also provide individualised Yoga sequences after thoroughly assessing a client. Apart from Yoga certifications, I've successfully completed certification courses in Graphology, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Accupressure, etc.
